PANCHKULA: The CCTV camera installed inside the ATM booth of Axis Bank in Sector 12 A had been manually covered by miscreants for around eight hours before making the strike on Sunday. The camera was covered by a youth wearing helmet at around 11pm on Saturday. The CCTV footage of the last eight days is being scrutinized by the police personnel of police station in Sector 14. Northern India is experiencing cold wave and shivering.  It is reported that Pathankot and Talwara, bordering Himachal Pradesh witnessed heavy snowfall in the morning on Saturday. Dozens of villages along the Himachal-Punjab border in the lower Shivaliks experienced snow for the first time ever. Residents woke up to find a 5-inch sheet of white covering fields and open spaces. Not used to the cold, many birds and small animals were found dead.
